The staff at Mountainview Animal Hospital and Pet Lodge couldn't be more wonderful with my Dante. They care for him as though he were truly theirs. The moment we walk in the door, Dante runs up to all of the techs, tail wagging, excited to be there. He love all of the staff, and they love him right back. I couldn't feel more comfortable with taking him to Doggie Daycare...I know that he'll be loved, have fun and he'll be safe. Team....thanks so much for being so caring and wonderful to my little one.
We love Lauren and the fantastic job she does with our black lab mix! Mickey is comfortable with Lauren and gets excited when we tell him he is going to see Lauren. When Mickey leaves Lauren after a grooming appointment he looks and smells wonderful. Big bonus, he leaves her smiling! Thank you Lauren for taking care of our Mickey :)
We use VCA mountain view for veterinary, boarding, and grooming for our two large dogs. Most recently, Lauren did a fantastic job with our labradoodle's cut. The grooming staff always gets it right and has never over-cut our dogs' nails as has been the case with so many other groomers in the Highlands Ranch area!
My dog was a little under the weather so we came here. After meeting with Dr. Hazelwood and explaining things she knew immediately what was wrong with Gidget. Doctor was phenomenal taking care of my fur baby. She called the day after surgery, and a few days after that to check up on Gidget. The attention given to us speaks volumes about the quality of care & compassion Dr. Hazelwood has. Everybody in this place is kind. Your pet is in great hands here.
I get my dogs groomed by Lauren, we love her and so does Sadie and Cooper! We have been with VCA since we rescued our dogs, they are wonderful
I've been taking my golden retriever to VCA Mountainview for 2 years and have been extremely pleased! They treat her well, she LOVES the staff, and the follow-up from the Vet after seeing her for a medical issue is amazing. Their grooming service is well priced and they do a great job with her (who does not enjoy being brushed/groomed).
To whom it may concern... We boarded our cat with the expectation that he would be treated well. We requested a cat suite. When we came to visit him and went back, he was locked in the cat carrier with the cage closed and his food on the OUTSIDE of the cage-how the hell is he supposed to eat. Also, very uncalled for was a sign that we noticed above his kennel "Cat with an attitude". First of all, withholding his food by locking it outside the cat carrier where he couldnt get to it is neglect and abuse. No wonder he displayed... read more
We have always received above and beyond care for our cat and dog. Dr. Fordham takes a non invasive approach, detailed explanations and follows up the next day every time. So glad we found this gem!
