The front office staff did NOTHING when I alerted them that a woman was beating her German Shepherd puppy on the head because he was excited and pulling on the leash. I yelled at this woman after first nicely but firmly telling her to stop. Shaking and tearful, I told the office staff what was happening just outside their door and they didn't check on the dog or try to educate this idiot on abusing vs disciplining a dog. Shame on you VCA❗️
I have been taking my pets here for 9 years and the staff and doctors are always very friendly, sensitive, and upfront about costs They're patient and explain things thoroughly. They also don't make you feel guilty if you decline on some things that you might not be able to afford, as have other vets I have taken my animals to in the past. Very kind and professional.

VCA Mission Animal Hospital is the right place for my Kiwi. One stop shop in short plus optimum personal care they give to Kiwi. Dr. Patty and Dr. Park are awesome, they take good care of my Kiwi. VCA is also Kiwi's grooming place and Kiwi loves Jennifer. It is also Kiwi's home away from home. What else can I say, the love and care they give to our furry family member and the excellent service is customer satisfaction. And they even call to follow up on how our furry love ones are doing.
