I have been with them almost a year. With each interaction I have I love the staff more and more. They don't over do it on things to be done. They knew I was paying with care credit for some things and was mindful of price for me. Tgey allowed me to take the less pricy option first which ended up doing the trick. I called the day of my surgery because my dog was "depressed" . I made a fool of myself yet they were very nice and even sent me a get-well better card for me and my dog. I just want to say Thank You to the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of Cooper today!! Dr. Wendt, Soadie and I believe her name is Annette...all of you jumped right in when Cooper had a seizure in the parking lot as we were coming in for our appointment! It was extremely scary for us and you all were so very caring, not only with Cooper but with his extremely worried mom and dad!! They had a sweet girl as the vet assistant but the Doctor did nothing to my Sabbath but listen to his heart and look in his ears and then they want to charge astronomical prices for ear and skin tests and won't work with you. I already knew my dog had debris in his ears. That is why I was there. I Wasted of $62.00 for just walking in and out and all he did was check his heart and tell me he has debris in his ears.
