RecommendedThey were compassionate and treated Lily like she was one of there own. I will always be grateful for what they did for her.
Very rude. Asked them three times to send medical records for a cat returned to our rescue. The attitude was horrendous. On the third attempt, I asked her to please repeat back the address, since they kept saying they sent it, and I never received it. She wouldn't! She told me I had a bad attitude. When I finally convinced her to read it back to me, SHE HAD IT WRONG. Based on this, I would never refer anyone
They are always very friendly, professional and we never have to wait. I Love that they are open on weekends.
