LOVE..LOVE..LOVE the staff here! Having a new puppy, seems like I have endless questions. They take the time to explain things to me, my puppy loves seeing them....hours are also a huge plus...late appointments, and Sunday appointments. A rarity, but so appreciated. Wonderful staff and doctors- everyone is caring,friendly, professional and thorough. A great facility and I couldn't recommend them enough!
We have been bringing our 2 cats here for 3 years. The only complaint we have is that sometimes we have to wait what seems like a long time. Yesterday we did not have that problem. Dr. Gremlich (sp?) and the technician Ashley were great. Ashley was super nice, great with the kitties, and explained everything to us. Dr. Gremlich was also great with them and in talking to us about what was going on. We had been thinking of switching vets due to the waiting issues but now we are going to stay with VCA.
We've been bringing our dog here since she was a puppy! Love every tech and doctor here they are all so kind and reassuring. Will never use another vet!!
They vets and techs are great. They're friendly and really good with our cats, who are nervous when they go cuz it's a strange place. I feel comfortable with their knowledge and I'm always happy with the care my cats get. My only complaint is it can be pricey, but convenient hours help make up for that. AND they sent my cat a card on his birthday! 😊
Best Vets and staff anywhere around! They ( as in every single employee there) truly care about your animal like it was their own! Can't get any better then VCA Lancaster!!!
We brought our 4 year old guinea pig here. It was our first time ever coming here and it will NOT be our last! Everybody was so kind from the second we walked in. Dr. Morawski was amazing! We cannot express this enough! It is hard enough to find a vet that will look at guinea pigs nevermind one that knows what he is doing and is extremely pleasant to animal and owner. Made my first visit here late yesterday with my two Maltese. One had two ear infections and a yeast infection and both needed heart worm, flea and tick refills. Everyone was so nice and helpful and neither of my pups were nervous or tense due to the environment. 😊
