We have been bringing our dogs to this location for a couple of years and have nothing negative to say about them! They have taken such good care of our little loves, with problems both big and small! I am known to overreact when it comes to problems with my dogs, but they never make me feel like I’m being ridiculous! My very favorite thing about them is that they always call to check in on my pets after they have been seen. The staffs are great love the service
I just wanted to thank the staff for helping me get through the process of having to let my dog go to doggie heaven it was very hard but with them making it comfortable and respectful as they could make it so I could say good bye to my sweet Molly who I've been with for 13yrs I'm truly greatful and glad I had decided to take her to Lancaster vet hospital. They all were great and understanding again I thank all of you who helped me through it. Great hospital for your pets.
First time using this vet hospital, excellent experience! The people there are all so nice, and they took exceptional care of my two Shiba Inus. (They're not the easiest patients!) Returning in 3 weeks for a follow-up, definitely 5 stars.
Amazing, knowledgeable and compassionate staff!! Strongly recommend.
