Every dealing I've had with VCA Lakes Region Veterinary Hospital on Union Ave has been problematic. Go to VCA in Gilford or VCA Caves in Concord. They are friendlier, caring, compassionate, very good at what they do and they will take care of your animals without trying to take advantage of you financially.
