Communication is horrid. Pray that your pet does not get ill while in their care.
I hate to even give this a 1 star but it's the lowest I can rate it. I would NOT recommend this Vet to anyone. And their Care club membership is a rip off, they keep taking money out of your account even when a year is up. I will not take my dogs here anymore. They charge to clip your pets nails, all the other vets I've been to it's included in their visit!
Last night brought my lab in as an emergency and even though they were fully booked and busy, Lisa was able to help us out and get us an appointment for this morning for an eye dr in Concord. It was great to have her assistance after the long day we had both endured. Big thank you to Lisa D and team VCA!! From myself and Phoenix.
They were Great with Chickee. She had 2 watts removed. All went well the whole Staff was GREAT. Dr. Tosona Melanson took great care of my baby! Thanks again to all at VCA for your kindness to My Chickee..(Westie)!
My chi and gilden went in today for the first time and they did great! My chi is very anxious with new people and he let obe of the women there hold him no growling nothing he just let them do his physical and just chilled! My golden loves everyone so she enjoyed the belly rubbs. I would have to say that this was a good experience for both my dogs. Thank you all for being understanding and listening to everything we had to tell you as well!
