I have been with VCA for a minimum of 25 years. My previous dog had major health issues. They were very serious to the point I thought I was going to have to put her down. With the help and knowledge of the vets, they were able to figure out what was wrong with her. Original I had Dr Laurie for a couple years and then Dr DeMarco after that. I have belonged to VCA Kirkwood Animal Hospital for nearly 10yrs now and had no prior complaints with this organization. Dr. DeMarco has always been extremely knowledgeable and compassionate on every visit. The front desk staff go above and beyond. I was always willing to pay the higher fees compared to other local vets because I was satisfied with the care my dogs received. My experience with this organization all changed on April 11.
