We had a sweet puppy who we were going to have to put down. He passed away before our appointment. To our surprise we received the sweetest condolences card signed from everyone. It was so nice to have them show love for our puppy Jeff.
The worst place to take a pet! They charge for surgery then tell you to pay 65.00 every 3 days to change a leg wrap for a month! they are the biggest waste of money! No update on the wound or anything after paying to change the bandage.
The staff here is awesome, we’ve been really grateful for our experiences there and how kind everyone is! There’s one person on the staff who isn’t as lovely haha. We’ve been there twice over the last few of months and both times we’ve been, there’s been something that’s happened with this specific front desk staff member for no reason at all. The place we always take our animals. They take great care of our animals and they leave us with confidence knowing our animals are well taken care of.
Hands down the best vet practice around. Organized and great about appointment reminders and medication refills. Everyone from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctors are very nice and treat your animals with kindness. The vets are super knowledgeable, and have went above and beyond more than once to find alternative solutions to aid in the care of my animals.
