Dr Saponas and all the staff at VCA are amazing. The most personalized care for my Doberman I have ever experienced. I would recommend Dr Saponas to anyone. Her "bedside" manner is professional and caring. Vet Tech Travis is so loving while getting the vitals - awesome experience.
The staff is so friendly...hospital is clean! Feels just like home and my animals always manage to come home with a smile:)

Dr. Jen Saponas and Staff could not have been more compassionate, understanding and skilled at helping us make an informed decision regarding our old, very sick and well loved dog, Lola. It was, and is,a painful choice to end your dog's suffering and, thereby your dog's life. These guys are amazing. We had to put our dog down a few days ago and they were so kind and compassionate. We received a hand written sympathy card tonight. We wanted to say thank you for everything during this hard time. It's been rough, but you've made it a little easier for us.
