I took my kitten to another vet after we left your office today. What the other vet did was exactly what you were scheduled to do tomorrow. With three big differences. They did the surgery today, he was given two shots to reduce his pain and swelling and the total cost was $147,00 versus the $330.00 that you quoted me. Also, I was charged by you $60.00 for the initial office visit after I was told the first visit was free and $42.00 twice for the rechecks. I went here on recommendation from the Animal Foundation after adopting our newest addition. The staff from the front desk to the techs were fantastic. The doctor and techs answered every question I had and addressed my concerns. They even gave her medication and a cone for a surgery she recently had that the Animal Foundation didn't send her home with (they should have!). If I lived closer and didn't already have a vet, I'd switch to this VCA.
Great care. The vets and staff here absolutely love their 4-legged patients. And, my pups love them back.
I love this place. The staff is amazing. So friendly! Dr. Love is amazing with my cat Sachi. She is very loving with him and answered all my questions. Dr. Love has taking care of Sachi from his 1st visit a year ago. Today was his 1 year check up she was just as kind and loving and gentle when giving him his shots.
I’ll never take my animals to any other vet!!!!! They are truly amazing. The office staff are always friendly and the doctors and vet assistants are incredible and accommodating. I’ve been bringing my cats here for years. Dr. Osorio, Britt, Dr. Davis, and Kirstin are true angels who really take their time with their patients and owners. They do the right thing for animals and they are honest and compassionate. I tell everyone who has pets to go to VCA Hualapai.
Dr. Amanda Pepper is a great vet.
