I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade but they don’t answer the phone anymore and don’t return voicemails. I have been struggling to make an appointment for my cat for weeks now.
Been taking my cats for 18 years. I called regarding my very sick cat at 7:30 when they open did not get a call back until I text disappointment at 3 after taking my cat elsewhere.
The company never gave a reason for the call. Just address me by my name. This scammer started asking g personal questions about my debt. My debt is nobodies business.
Used to be the best caring vets and staff. But since the last year or two they have changed a lot of staff and the customer service is not good at all. My dog is very sick and I called and left a message at 7:30 when they say they are open but busy. It says they will call back ASAP, but By noon no call back and so I call back and they say no time for your dog and just offer a phone number to another vet further away. No concept of customer service. I took my 4 dogs to another vet last year because I couldn't get anyone to answer my call or return a call. My pet insurance will not process my claims because they can't get VCA Hillcrest to respond to their request for old records. This used to be a great clinic but now lacks good management and a concept of service. Very frustrating to be still involved with this clinic.
