Have been client at Gateway for many years. Great vets and staff. VCA is always a little spendy, but I appreciate my senior discount and the great care my dogs get.
I've been taking my animals to Gateway for YEARS. While other veterinary facilities I have used in the past have always "nickle and dimed" for every visit/treatment, my experience with Gateway's veterinarians is that they have gone the extra mile to make treatment affordable, and do what they can to help reduce costs for their clients, without compromising quality of care for the animals.
What a great place this is. Odin, Freya an I where welcome here and the staff was very nice to us.
Best vet ever Tracie really cares. Our Sadie has gotten the best care. The whole staff feels like family.
Everyone was so welcoming and cared about us. When we got there it was our first visit. It was Sunday morning and we were made top priority. The phones were ringing off the hook yet the receptionist was very professional to all callers. Our cat very sick and they helped us save her. The bill was reasonable, especially for a Sunday. Diva has a new doc.
The whole Gateway family has been there for my pets every time I called. Rachel, Lisa, Amber are at the front desk, they set a very professional and kind president that is sometimes non- existent at most Veterinary offices.
Love that they're open 7 days a week, because as you all know emergencies always happen on Sunday afternoons!! Had a great experience!
