Love this place! I've been taking my dogs and cats to another vet hospital for years, at least a decade. My 8 year old cat had been sick for a while, but still doing ok. She took a turn for the worse, very quickly, and I ended up bringing her to VCA/Gateway. They got her in right away. They were so compassionate and genuinely cared for my cat, even though they didn't know her. They brought some comfort to a very difficult day. Only place I will take my fur babies, been taking them here for 10 years. Never once left unhappy. They are so gentle,understanding, willing to give the best care for your pet without killing you with the bill.
The staff and Dr. Wallace are so helpful, always have a good experience when there. Very curteous and professional caring staff, I’m glad I found them . I’ve never had to wait past my appointment time, Dr. Wallace has a huge heart ! She explains things so you understand, my appointments are always worth the trip for me. I don’t live around the corner, lol. If I’m low on my pets meds, I can call the office and there great about having them ready so I don’t have to make multiple trips just to get meds.
