After an awful experience at another vet in the area and being told our dogs spreading lymphadenopathy was a bee sting, we went in Sunday morning. We were treated kindly and compassionately by Dr Lane and the staff. Diagnostic options and treatments were discussed and done in a stepwise approach to minimize our cost of care and we found out this morning that our sweet girl has Lymphoma. Very pleased with Dr. Hawkins and how well she handled my "high strung" dog. She explained everything so well did not rush us through the appointment. Everyone there was very friendly and went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough for everything they did.
My groomer nicked my dog’s ear and it was bleeding heavily. She called VCA who told her to send me straight over. I go there at 145pm. Just walked out after waiting an hour listening to them hold the longest appointments in the universe in the adjoining rooms. No sense of urgency. As i left the tech told me my appt wasn’t until 2:30 and thats why i was still waiting. Why did u tell us to come straight over then and why not tell me as i walked in that i was 45 minutes early so i wouldn’t wait all day??. My poor dog’s ear stop... read more
I have very mixed feeling's about this place. I want to say i love it but i can't. My dog scooby was euthanize on September 1st. He was having seizures. Had him on medication for 2 weeks and i was so hopefully took him back on for his 2 week blood work on a monday. Got the call on Tuesday his blood work was good continue with the medication and the on Wednesday he just went down hill... Amazing people!!!! My fur baby is already showing improvement!!! He is such an important part of my family that we would be lost without him!!!
I came in seeking shelter for our dogs (6 in total) the staff was the best staff I've ever seen . They took care of us being that we are coming from 5 hours away . God is looking out for us and our home town . Special shout out and big thanks to Regan Cruze . You guys check them out . Pray for the Texas coast ,residents ,homes , and pets .
