I had a dog that hadn't eaten in days and I paid extra to have detailed test results that would be ready for me the next morning. I didn't get the results at all the next day after I called twice because "there were too many walk-ins." Took Eleven to VCA for yearly check up. Staff are nice, and Dr. Ervin-Smith was Eleven’s vet, super sweet! Found my baby boy a new “home” vet!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I tried to come in this morning because my cat ingested Motrin (which is FATAL to cats) and the front desk lady was very rude and seemed annoyed that I was there. Considering the DIRE SITUATION, she did not seem to care about what was going on. Nobody was at the vet yet, it was just her.
