We have used this clinic for years and have always been very happy with staff and veterinarians. However ever since they got bought out by this VCA company the clinic has gone down hill. Prices have increased and some of the front office help is the rudest I have ever experienced. We spend several hundred dollars a year between 4 cats and 2 dogs. My fur baby Sugar is in last stage of kidney failure....I had her at the ER vet for 4 days with no improvement. I called VCA for a follow up (1st time there). They got me in very quickly when the found out what was going on. Dr Chambless called and went over her entire blood panel with me and my husband explaining in detail in terms we could understand. Very compassionate, thorough and understanding...even followed up later in the day!! I can't begin to say enough good things about this practice and Dr. Chambless.

I have been going to Forney Animal clinic for 20 years. Last Thursday I took my 2 year old Chihuahua in for Nail trim and some Medicine for anxiety because of the upcoming holiday and all the fire works. I paid and left. Tuesday I had to bring her in because she hasn’t eaten and had diarrhea since Friday when I started the meds. I only gave it to her twice and I stopped it. DO NOT GO HERE!! I was looking for a new vet for my 9-year-old yellow lab because our old one shut down due to COVID-19. I scheduled my appointment with them called twice to verify what I needed for yearly vaccines and how much it was going to be. The women over the phone told me both times it was going to be $127. When I showed up for my appointment they wanted to know what vaccines I needed. Reasonable prices. See my pups even though I’m a Michigan Rescue. They treat them and email me the bill for payment. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of everyone.
