I absolutely LOVE this place and the staff!! They all are so friendly and helpful...We came home to find that our house not only been broken into, but our beloved pit bull Penny was attacked with what seemed to be knife wounds!!! We called as soon as we discovered this and they saw her right away...They helped us soooo much with the bill also..it made a tragic situation more bearable!! Hands down best veterinarian we have been to! We went through three different vets before we found one we trusted to treat and spay our mini pig, they were so confident and made us feel so comfortable, updated us throughout her surgery and even sent pictures of them taking care of her afterwards. They are almost an hour from us and we will definitely be making the drive to keep seeing Dr. Finklestein and her incredibly sweet and helpful staff!��
I don't know what I would have done without the AMAZING staff of FVL. Dr. Horn who performed the emergency surgery on my dog cleared his schedule to save her life. Brad was so sweet and kept me stocked with tissues for all the tears spent over my baby girl. Ashley helped me figure out how in the world I was going to afford an emergency surgery with a very tight budget, a baby on the way, and a broken down car. Staff is always friendly, professional, and genuine. We travel almost an hour to come here, because of the great affordable service. My babe Lola is usually at ease when coming in. Thank you!
Was told when the drop off time was for surgery, but had to wait over 45 min otherwise all was well.
This vet clinic is pure trash. Charge me $2800 for an $800 surgery. To find out that it gave my dog more issues and i had to have another vet redue surgery and spend more money. Eerytime i came back to this office they charged for every little thing. They suck and need to be shut down. They refused to give me any type of refund. So ill let my credit card company handle them. Hats off to your shit fukin service VCA.
My mom took her dog there today and was very unhappy with the doctor she had seen. Dr Kennedy was very inconsiderate, pushy and very rude!! She had an attitude. Would never request anyone to see her for their pet. My mother's dog will definitely NOT be seeing her again! Oh but by the way the technician was great, thanks Stephanie!
I want to thank Florida Veterinary League for being so compassionate, caring and respectful with the passing and cremation of our Precious Peanut last week. It made such a difficult time a little bit easier. ♡♡ :)
Words can't express my gratitude and thankfulness for the Dr and staff during the loss of my precious RJ last week. Today I came home to a personalized card in the mail, signed by the staff, along with a beautiful book mark and it confirmed what an amazing place Florida Veterinary League!
