Thank you Dr. Nix, Rachel, Joey and team for the beautiful card and seeds. It brought tears to my eyes! But more than that, thank you all for being there with me and being so kind and loving when we had to put Dusty down. It made a tragic event a big more bearable. When my heart allows I will be back with my new rescue puppy!
Dr. Horn and his staff are so amazing! So grateful I could bring my pup to them. I was comforted to know she was in great hands for emergency surgery. �
There is a special place in heaven for Dr. Horn and vet tech Joel...Dr. Horn helped and guided me through the end of my pet's life...I texted him...cried...he patiently answered questions and guided me, amd he was honest with me. This morning we let her go. Joel hugged me and cried with me. I felt like he was losing his dog too. Joel told my sweet girl he loved her and petted her when I couldn't hardly stand. Thank you so much for all the help today. I was terrified about my pup,Taytay. They were very caring and compassionate and calmed me down alot. Outstanding!!! Such a great team here are the Vero beach location! Heather the manager is caring, kind and understanding and was instrumental in helping in the arrangement for my Luna Bella’s c-section. Dr. Nix performed the procedure flawlessly and is very knowledgeable and experienced! Rebecca and Taylor were also excellent in helping during my experience. I felt like I was at a used car dealer ship. Your cats need prescription food at 70 bucks a bag. You need better flea treatment a 3 times what you have been paying. We live on 1100 dollars a month income we are lucky to afford the insurance so they can see the vet at all. We are doing the best we can to feed them well. I shouldn't feel shamed and spoken down to because I can't afford the high end food.
