I will NEVER NEVER take my dog there again
The condition of my Dog was not good when I got him home his underside was fire RED. When they told me his leg was swollen that told me they never researched his record that I spent explaining to the receptionist in Great detail before boarding him as a matter of fact when I told her that was on his record she said they have no record on him...SMH He will never return to your Facility....plus now I have to take him to a vet to have him treated for his injury.

We’ve brought our dog a few times to board in the past. We had another boarders scheduled but had to cancel since our dog came down with a severe eye infection and they would not administer meds....thankfully our worries were out to rest when VCA took her in last minute, and even agreed to the vet checking out her eye . However, they did not administer her meds to the correct eye, nor did the vet check her eye, and she came home with a horrible, huge open wound on her back.
