Dr. Neat and the crew take Great Care of Marcie and Chevy. It doesn't matter if it's a routine check up,sick visit, or injury, all of us are treated with care and respect.
I never feel inclined to leave reviews- but they made my experience so good that I couldn't not say anything. I brought my dog in here and they were absolutely great with her. She is scared of the vet and they took that into consideration and were so sweet to her, they sat on the ground with her and pet her and gave her treats and sat in the floor with us and just talked to us about everything. The vets and staff at Fairleigh are incomparable. My much loved yellow Lab just passed away, at a ripe old age but way too soon for me, and Fairleigh sent the sweetest sympathy card. All the staff wrote notes on it. A real treasure and I will always keep it with River's mementos. Thank you, Fairleigh people, for your service above and beyond. Always have given my cats excellent care. They are very compassionate and understanding about the grief you experience when your pet dies. Special people.
I switched to Fairleigh about a year ago. I LOVE this animal hospital! The people are so genuine and go above and beyond! They treat the customers as well as the furbabies with love. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Dr. Neat and her team are phenomenal... and EVERYONE there are the best!
