I drive 70 miles to take my dog here for grooming. The staff is amazing and Cari is always helpful and advises me about the condition of my dogs fur and skin. She does the best job keeping my doodle sharp looking even when I have failed him and he gets matts. She always offers advice and tips to prevent the Matt’s and keep him healthy and happy. Even though I’ve tried to find somewhere closer- I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my pet groomed.
I have contemplated on whether or not to write this because I’m not one to complain, but I am unhappy with my experience the day of, and continue to be disappointed. I had my 2 long haired cats groomed here a while ago, and let me begin with signing them in. The person working the front desk marked one of them as a “sick” visit. Just wanted to say thank you. We were unable to say good bye to our dog Carter due to COVID. Our last name is Bickett not Vickett but my husband was very upset so the mistake is understood. Carter was a wonderful dog and we miss him. Thank you so much for the card and being available for us.
Dr. Kelly Neat is fabulous! So caring, realistic and thorough with our Dalmatians. We have worked with her with young and old pets. Her knowledge is tremendous. The office staff is amazing too. Great follow up and easy to get immediate feedback when needed.
The staff is always friendly and the doctors are great. I enjoy taking my boys, Mr.Bill and Stanley, for their checkups.
Dr. Neat is amazing. She always calls & explains but I trust her & the staff. Bobby is AWESOME!!
