Amazing experience at this pet hospital. They are transparent, respectful and kind. I hope no one ever has to take there pets to an emergency pet hospital, but if they do I would recommend this one! Brittany and Dr. Thompson were incredible! There can be long wait times depending on the severity of your pets emergency, so your wait times can vary, but if you’re waiting a long time, I would say that’s probably good news since it’s likely not life threatening.
Unexpectedly had to come here due to a rattlesnake bite. She had to stay overnight and was well taken care of. All the staff made us feel very reassured. Britany was exceptional at making us feel comfortable and confident with their services. We were able to visit while she was hospitalized and never felt like a burden with our questions and our visits with our dog. So grateful for their services and that we were able to get our dog the immediate care she needed.
I have used this animal hospital a few times. This time was no different. I rushed my lab to the hospital under suspicion of a rattlesnake bite. I did not see it happen so I was not sure. They greeted us at the door with no advance call and immediately tended to her. They kept me informed along the way and texted me at 3:30 am to update me about her progress with the antivenin.
