Without a doubt VCA Elkton Animal Hospital is the most friendly, caring and compassionate animal hospital in the area. I can say that with confidence as I have been a pet owner for most of my 51 years. Dr. Barrington ,and the entire staff, is very professional and very understanding. Will not be going anywhere else as long as I live in the area!
