The administrative staff has always been excellent!! The new Doctor was very kind and friendly with my babies.
My first time there yesterday 2/26/2019 with my dog ashier for a first time friend visit they off turned out my ashier was very iIl and had to be put to sleep but the employees and the vet we're so wonderful the vet went beyond what she was suppose to do because she wanted to know what was wrong with my Ashier I would like to thank everyone at the VCA hospital in Elkton so much I couldn't have gotten through this situation with out them
Very friendly and professional staff. Answered my questions and spent time with my pet not just rushing in and out. Had a goodie bag waiting for her as we left since this was her first visit. One last thing, they didn’t push you to buy just the brands they sell but gave good advice.
Very friendly staff and Dr. Towl and the staff is also very knowledgeable.
Very compassionate and you can tell the staff really does care about your pet!
I want to start this review by saying the only reason this location is getting a 2 star rating instead of a 1 star, is because of the Vet Technicians and front desk staff. Every single one of them welcomed myself and my 2 dogs with open arms, and treated them like they were their own. They always went above and beyond what was probably required of them, and my dogs never feared going to the vet because of them. However, Dr. Towl was the exact opposite of his colleagues. Just want to say thank you to VCA for fitting me right in this morning. They offered me an appointment within 45 minutes of the time I called. My puppy was stung by or swallowed a bee/wasp/spider and was having a horrible allergic reaction, the staff was very knowledgeable and the Dr took his time with us. I will no longer be going back to my previous vet clinic. VCA now has my business! Thank you!!!
I took Pelcuhe (My Chihuahua long coat) for first time! I was nervous because was my first time at an animal hospital! But when I get there the people was very nice, Erica the nurse explained me everything that I needed to know and the Doctor was very specific with everything about what Peluche needs! I am so happy and definitely I'll be back every time when Peluche need to go! Thanks VCA, you guys are awesome!
