Our family has been going here for over a decade. All of the staff is kind and always has the best interest of the pets in mind. The candles in the front office to inform others of a passing of a beloved pet are such a beautiful symbol. We love all the vets at this office and so do our fur babies.
I love the team at VCA Elk Grove. They are compassionate, kind & very thorough. I started going to VCA when my cat, Indy, became diabetic. They treated him with gentle care & an infinite amount of love. He became a regular for test & boarding. When it was time to say goodbye, the team gathered together, some with tears running down their faces and others with a generous and loving hug, to offer their condolences.
