Took my very beloved hedgehog im whose head, mouth and face had fast growing tumors. Because she was "bright and happy" (because she was socialized well and a part of our family!!) an employee asked the poor receptionist to ask if I would sign over my rights to her. Not understanding she has CANCER all over her head, face, jaw. Made me feel like a monster! So upset and angry that they assumed I just wanted to "discard" my baby. All the people at the clinic are so warm and welcoming. From the warm greeting by the receptionists to the care by the vet assistants and techs to the thorough explanations given by Dr. Raum, my dog and I were treated with kindness, patience and respect. The risks and benefits of all treatment options were explained in detail so that I could make an informed decision about the level of care I could give my dog and what the expected outcome will be. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet.
Always amazing service and such compassion for the animals they take care of! Would highly recommend them!
Great loving and caring staff. I recently had to put my ladybug down and they were so loving and understanding. She handled with care and it was definitely the worst day of my life but they tried to ease my pain as much as they could. We had her cremated and she came home in a beautiful engraved box with a paw print impression . They even sent me a card that everyone signed and it was so very thoughtful. I recently had to say goodbye to my rattie girl Sunna and the staff made me feel like I could grieve in peace. They were very sympathetic and the best experience I've ever had saying goodbye to a loved one. Thank you for making a very sad experience ok to go through.
They are wonderful, they work with us and our special needs with our cat
