I recently got a conure, which has quickly become my bestie. When searching for a vet for Brook VCA had the most days/hours offered for avian care. This wasn’t important to me in case I ever have an emergency with my bird. We went for out initial check up and the staff all offered excellent care. The vet taught me some tricks with handeling my bird and sent me an email with care tips. She went above and beyond for Brook. Would recommend to anyone when it comes to their little bird friends!

I have been taking Bella to VCA since she was a puppy, and the team has always taken tremendous care of her. She had a really rough start with her health, but Dr. Alayson always made sure Bella was doing well by making home calls and writing me emails. Bella is now 9 years old and her care hasn’t changed. My family has been taking our beloved furry family members to VCA East Mill Plain since the mid nineties. Over the years they have offered so much attention and support through all the stages of life for puppies and kittens that grew up, got old and transitioned out of life. We have several still on their patient list and my goofy Siberian husky Toober loves to pop in to visit and get treats whenever we drive by. I've never heard of another vet that the patients wanted to visit.
VCA is the best of the best!! The entire staff takes a moment to greet the fur babies and make them feel comfortable...and they will take any step needed to make the visit positive! Dr Kate is amazing and is so patient with the lists of questions I seem to have for each check up. My dogs LOVE the vet thanks to VCA!
I had to bring my guinea pig Cuddles in for an emergency visit. He ended up needing to be put down and the staff were all absolutely wonderful. Very gentle and supportive but honest. I appreciate the tender way they helped Cuddles pass on and the way they treated me. I also received 2 cards in the mail. It feels like they care very much for what they do.
Very disappointed in where this clinic has gone since it was taken over by VCA ,in my opinion clients have become just a number or revenue source been taking both my dogs here for 8 and 12 years had to put my golden down 3 weeks ago for an undiagnosed cancer that another vet in Phoenix said had to have been going on for at least 2 years I called VCA to advise we put her down was no compassion at all was told would remove from their records received sympathy cards from the 3 vets we dealt with who barely knew Makena no card f... read more
