We made one visit to VCA with a very sick cat last July. The staff was very caring and professional. Sadly, our Moses passed away a short time later. We shared this information with VCA, and they sent a message saying that they were glad that Moses was feeling better. Now, 10 months later, they're sending more emails telling us to download an app so that we can keep track of Moses' information and book appointments. Seriously?

We would like to express our gratitude to the staff for taking such good care of our baby girl Cena. They discussed our options and payment options and gave us time to decide on what to do. As we went through with the process of euthanizing her, they talked us through everything step by step. Being we have never had to go through this, they were amazing! VCA is awesome....best care around for your loving pets not only do they care about your pet they care about the owners well being as well. I'm a very over protective kitty mom and when my Simi had to have surgery I got numerous updates to put me at ease!!! love this place.
They are over priced and only care about lining their pockets, not the needs of your pets. I had taken two of my pets there, most recently was three years ago. Very long story short, they decided that running a battery of expensive tests was better than addressing the cats immediate problem putting him through additional pain before calling me to say that he would need to be euthanized. The care the staff at VCA have shown my pets is unparalleled. When my dog was diagnosed with cancer, they explained all of the treatment options available. When it came time to end his pain, I couldn’t believe how wonderful everyone was. They truly love our pets as though they are their own pets.
