I have been bringing my dogs to all VCA All Creatures Animal Hospital for 25 years now. From the staff at the desk to the assistants to the veterinarians who have treated my dogs I have had nothing less than there best. They are kind, courteous and professional yet they treat you like family and always have your pets best interest at hand. There is a reason that I stay and it is because I am getting the best
Worst customer service ever by receptionist Cossie Today. At least that said to be her name. I called from VCA to Banfield and Christian with excellent customer service help me. Is not the business is the people who make good or bad business.
The staff here is so kind. They are really good about getting our pets in. We have two guinea pigs and now a rabbit. We' be had eight guinea pigs in the past. Dr. Baggot sees our little guys and is not only a phenomenal doctor, but a wonderful woman. We have never felt we"be been overcharged or anything. So glad we found them!!! When our piggies died, they always sent a sympathy card and when we got our new bunny, they sent us a " new pet" greeting card. The personal touches like that mean everything!! We have been taking our pets to VCA All Creatures for 17 years & they've always taken great care of each one. The staff is friendly and caring, the Dr.s are friendly, knowledgeable & honest - you can tell they love our pets as much as we do. Highly recommend!
I have only the very best to say about VCA All Creatures. The vets, the technicians, and the entire staff are always professional, caring, and take the very best are of my 13 year old lab/chow mix, Madison. She was diagnosed with diabetes almost three years ago, and it is only through the amazing care she receives at VCA All Creatures that I continue to still have her with me!!
