I absolutely love this animal hospital so much! Extremely nice, wonderful to our cat and explains everything thoroughly! I have raved about this place for months
On Saturday, June 17, 2017, my cat Gus was acting weird and favoring his ear, so I made an appointment to see the vet that afternoon at VCA All Creatures. I thought we were going to be seeing Dr. Miller, but there was a different vet working that day. The vet, Karen Baggett, cleaned out some ear wax from his ears, checked his vitals, which were "really good," prescribed antibiotic ear drops and gave him a steroid shot. My vet in Indiana always made me feel terrible about my dog's behavior- he gets aggressive when you touch his paws and ears and when he's had enough in general- to the point that they marked his chart that he had to be sedated for any procedure. Mind you he'd only ever bit me at these appointments, not the vets or techs. They would shame me and tell me that he needed behavioral classes and that I may even want to rethink getting him vet treatment altogether. VCA Dr's and techs have not flinched. VCA All Creatures has a truly caring staff and excellent Doctors!
They have always taken excellent care of my cats and guinea pigs. Recently, when one of my guinea pigs passed away Dr. Bagget and the staff sent me a lovely sympathy card. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I love this place and my animals have all loved this place. We have used VCA for 15+ years. It does not matter which doctor we see, they are all fabulous and truly care about your furry (or feathery) family member.
