RecommendedOur first trip was a few years back. We knew we were going to have to say goodbye to our beautiful Mastiff girl. The staff was so good to us and her. They let us take all the time we needed and explained in detail so there were no surprises. Our recent visit was great also, our dog is feeling better and on the road to a long life. I feel so fortunate to have such an amazing clinic close by. Thank you for staying up late for emergencies and for always being kind!
Not only did I lose my precious Sam at this hospital but we also lost his ashes because of the misinformation that we were given! So disheartening!
Absolutely the most caring and empathetic Emergency Vet I have ever been to. Treated my dying cat with the utmost care and professionalism. Treated my family with such care and kindness. Thank you for your kindness at a very difficult time for my family. We appreciate everything you did. Would not hesitate to recommend them and will for sure use them again if the need arises.
I had rushed in their because my 6 week old kitten got crushed in a chair, they took her into the room right away, I was hysterical and they were very understanding and comforting gave me my own room to sit in by myself. They let me make all the choices on what happened with her and didnt pressure at all. I was kept up to date and I knew she was in good hands when they let me go back and see her. Our news was bad. But the staff was caring, helpful and supportive.
I am thankful for Dr. Sachs. My dog, Finnigan, has been very fortunate to have her help the two of us through this crappy situation. I am so happy that we came to this VCA and know he is in the best hands. I appreciate everyone's help there for sure.
