Every appointment has been on time; the doctors and staff have been grounded and awake and I feel confident that my dog is improving; I have experienced only honesty, straight talk and kindness here, all moving along on smooth and professional rails. This place used to be great for all my dog's needs but in the last year I have been turned away for care a couple times.. no referrals no directions on what to do next just go see a specialist. very disappointed in their lack of concern or care.

Walked in with an emergency for my pup, was told my dog wouldn’t be seen or cared for without having money down. They just kept trying to find more ways to pull money out of me, didn’t care one lick about my dog.
