Just took our 2 pups in for their first visit at VCA today. We are so excited and happy that we chose this office to take care of our dogs. From the moment I walked in they were kind and patient, that only continued through the rest of the visit as we were not made to feel rushed at any point. The vet, techs, and receptionists I spoke with all took the time to make sure my dogs were comfortable and that I really understood everything. Can't wait to go back in a couple weeks for our follow up!
I've been taking my pets to VCA for the past 4+ years. When I have an emergency need, they're always very accommodating. The Care Club program makes taking care of my pets medical needs so much more affordable!
So happy I changed to the Charles Town Animal Hospital! Every person there from to reception to the techs to the Vets are phenomenal. They treat you as a neighbor and individual, not just another nameless patient. My dog had an injury they quickly assessed and he was super excited to come back even though he had shots the time before.
