This is disgusting to shut your doors and not notify your patients! I had to asked Jackson Creek to refill perscriptions and they will not tell me if Burnham has closed permanently! Terrible service recommend not going to any VCA clinic in Ptbo.
They seemed to have just disappeared! Our elderly dog can’t get his badly needed pain meds without a renewal of his prescription every time and they don’t even seem to be open anymore! They constantly text you to book check ups but can’t text you to tell you they’ve closed. Strange business model and now we have to try and get our arthritic dog to a new vet at 14.
WARNING: Their business model is to charge you for everything without first letting you know there will be a cost. Please ask about everything before your pet enters. They will give you a quote for the bigger services. But when they just sneak an extra 100 into the service without first informing you I find this business model to be unfair and dishonest.
