We are so impressed with the patience and quality of care we have received. We have an extremely fearful/reactive dog. He is a big challenge when meeting new people and new things. Aileen and Paula went above and beyond today on our second attempt to get our boy his vaccines. He was too distressed the first time. They sat on the floor with him, and fed him and calmed him so gently and lovingly gave him the needed vaccinations. THANK YOU!
If I could give all of you more than 5 stars I would. Yesterday was one of the most difficult days for myself and my staff. We had to put our community dog down. The love that we all felt from each of you was something I will never forgot. The time you took with us and the patience you had with all of our concerns and questions and chaos was amazing. Dr. Mullen is a compassionate and capable veterinarian who is knowledgeable about recent developments in vet medicine. She clearly loves her job. The techs and staff are also wonderful and provide great follow up.
Very impressed by the great service - even beyond their sensible and friendly hours (8 AM - 11 PM). Being new to Highland Park and finding this spot is just down the street from our assortment gives me good peace of mind knowing our animals have someone we can trust with their care.
My dog loves going to the vet, and it is all because of the kind and caring service that he's always received at VCA Cairo. We've been taking our 1-year old rescue dog here since he was 8 weeks old, and could not imagine bringing him anywhere else. Great doctors, great vet techs, and kind staff.
Went here because of Dr Robyn Walter, she is the best vet ever!!! Loves each of my 4 as much as I do, she is thorough, thoughtful and brilliant with her diagnostic skills!!! Thanks for being there for my fur babies and for me!!!
