I love this Veterinary office. Very nice staff. My dogs love going there.
I would like to personally thank Pam for all the help she gave me while I was trying to find help for me poor little kitten... Though Unfornately we ended up having her put to rest due to all the possible health issues she would have had... Pam was the only person who tried everything she could to point me in the right direction to get help... She was so kind and very helpful... Pam thank you so much for your time and making it easier for us to decide the best option....
I recently had to say a painful goodbye to my longtime friend, Kitty, and I can't thank the entire staff enough for their kindness and sensitivity. They went out of their way to get us in for last minute appointments TWICE, and were nothing but all around wonderful. Thank you so much for the beautiful sympathy card signed with personal messages from the entire staff. <3
From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the vets, this place is INCREDIBLE! They ALL truly care about your pet and you!!! Everyone is So kind, patient and knowledgeable! They came highly recommended and even though it is almost an hour drive for me, it is worth it!
We have been to this office 3 times so far with our Precious Baby Giovanni.. All the visits went very well! The staff is very kind and makes us feel at ease to leave Giovanni.. He was neutered in October and today he received a lion cut!! Prices are fair and we are able to ask as many questions as we need w/o feeling rushed..��
SIGNIFICANT PRICE CHANGE in 3 year rabies vaccine. $72.00 just for the rabies vaccine not including office visit and the distemper shots. I discussed it with the receptionist who said the price increase is due to the type of rabies vaccine the veterinaries have chosen to use. It is only fair to the customer to make them aware of a significant change so that owners can consider their options before they are blindsided by a larger than anticipated bill for routine shot such as rabies which used to average between $17.00 to $25... read more
Cannot say enough about everyone at VCA Burton Vet. From the staff to all of the veterinarians!! With a cat that is hard to manage medically, they have been there every time!! Even long distance. I'm so very grateful for their care , compassion and advice. They will always be my "go to" animal hospital!!
They're the best! They tell it like it is and they don't force you to pay for stuff that isn't necessary.
