RecommendedVCA was absolutely AMAZING to us today! My baby had never been there but needed to be seen today. I called 7 other places before contacting them and even though they were booked, they told me to bring her up and they would make sure was seen, it just may be a wait. We were not there long, everyone was fantastic and kind. Very clean facility and knowledgeable staff. Thank you all for taking care of my Paisley! <3

I honestly can’t say enough good things about these vets. I live in Cleveland Heights and I still drive all the way out to Burton. I’ve used them for well over 25 years. They will move heaven and earth to get you in if it’s necessary, they truly care about you. I have a cat who seems to be having some severe allergies and they got me in same day , one hour after I called. Dr. Prudent was warm, funny and absolutely reassuring and thorough. I love VCA they have been great to my 5 fur babies and have catered to all their special needs. They treat my babies like their own. Dr. Suhie does an incredible job and if it was not for him two of my babies might not still be here.

Just switched to vca after it being highly recommended by friends. Have a 9/10 year old beagle mix that is extremely skiddish and starting to have those "older dog" problems. But I knew there was something really wrong and my previous vet wasn't taking the care or time to investigate it. Dr. Storm was incredibly caring and sensitive to my dog and I'm so relieved that I finally have some answers and a plan to make her feel better and comfortable. Dr. Suhie and Bailey took such good care of my dog! They were very caring and personable .I would highly recommend them to everyone!
I can't say enough about how awesome every experience with VCA Burton has been! Thank you Dr. Suhie for your kindness and patience with my nervous nelly Oscar. Dr. McKinney is still Dublin's favorite! Great care and wonderful staff!
