Having to make the awful decision to put my 12 year old beagle down, VCA's Susan Ridinger talked me through my options. She honest about my dog's outlook and health, but very gentle. She teared up while I bawled like a baby when facing the reality of my dog's condition for the first time. She showed such great compassion and empathy, it still moves me.
