Was looking for a new vet for our cat and was referred to Dr. Mann by a friend. I was blown away by the time that Dr. Mann and Brittany took with our lil guy! I usually feel rush and pushed out the door and charged out the nose by other vets. Since our cat is indoor only I didn't want to get him vaccines he really didn't need and I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't forced into un-needed vaccines! Great and caring people! Love them!! Got Sadie on Friday and she was so sick! They did everything to get her better, even stayed overnight with her the day before Thanksgiving! And they were supposed to be closed. Sadie and I will be forever customers! Thanks to everyone that helped get my baby better!

Codys first visit was wonderful. We received good information about what to do if our new baby did certain things. He loved everyone who came into the room. His new puppy shots were given fast so that he didn't even know he got them. Needless to say his first visit could not been any better.
I have used this clinic many times in the past for ultra sounds and have recommended them to many friends but my recent experience was extremely disappointing .. I will no longer be using them for any speciality evaluations . My dog had an ultrasound done and was shaved so close and unnecessary looking for a testicle in his abdomen and that night suffered unnecessary pain visiting his vet the next day to get extra meds and spray for his discomfort . I can not say enough good things about Dr. Rudd and the entire staff. Our Gabbie, a six year old Yorkie, had to have knee surgery. Everyone at BVAH took exceptional care of our girl. Dr. Rudd spent a great deal of time explaining the surgery to us, answering all of our questions, and her recovery. The tech even tried to console me when we had to leave her.
