Were not straight forward on the issue with our dog. In such a severe case they charged astronomical prices weighing on emotions and a positive result It was not a positive experience We lost a family member
The doctors and staff at VCA are wonderful, caring and compassionate. We have taken our dogs there for 8 years and recommend to anyone looking for a vet.
Braelinn Village was amazing. I had never been before but I had an emergency with my cat and they saw me 30 minutes after I called. We only had to wait maybe 2 minutes. The staff was so friendly. Although the visit resulted in us having to make the difficult decision to put my cat down, the vet was so helpful and so nice. He made it as pain free as it possibly could have been and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Love this place, you can tell they really care about you pets! Love all The Drs However Julie Baker is my favorite!
We were visiting family and we needed a vet for our pups. The service and care they gave to them was amazing and it felt like we were at home at our regular vet! They went above and beyond to make sure our pups had the proper care and love!
we were blessed to have our 11yr old April treated today. we got bad news, but we have plan to make her happy and give her a better quality of life. Dr Baker, and the entire staff were so very kind and compassionate to myself and my wife. I will make the trip from Dallas Georgia whenever April needs to be seen.and huge thanks to our daughter Melissa for her support for her sister April.
Amazing staff really knowledgeable surgeon. Took our dog to have knee repaired and was an amazing experience. Will always recommend this place!
