One of the only vets I've been to where my dog and I both feel completely comfortable. My labrador, Libbee, loves Dr. Koontz. I always feel as though ALL the staff truly care about my Libbee, and they're always willing to answer any questions I have...even when I just make a quick call to the office. Libbee got hurt while we were out of town in Austin and they recommended a vet visit. They didn't have a specific vet recommendation, but they did follow up to make sure I felt comfortable with the diagnosis and medication presc... read more
Just brought our young kitten in here for a couple tests and medicine. The service was very quick. I have to say that all of the staff is awesome and very friendly and knowledgable. My vet bill was a very reasonable cost as well. This will definitely be our veterinarian for both our cat and dog for the future. Thank you everyone at bent tree animal hospital for making our first visit outstanding.
