All the staff has been caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. My dog was well taken care of the entire time she was going there. She passed a few days ago and I went through them for cremation. I'm so touched by how sensitive the staff was when I was saying goodbye and when I picked up her ashes. Yesterday I received a sympathy card from them signed by the staff. I highly recommend them.
They take pretty good care of my Emma and this was our third visit here. So far not too bad and friendly staff🐶

Myself and my friends all take our animals out to VCA Battle Ground. The quality of care is unparalleled to anywhere else I've been. We're seen quickly and in a timely manner and they seem to very much care about their pet patients. I've had doctors go above and beyond for my cat and I couldn't be more grateful!
Puppy was a patient here. Will never go back. They didn't care about my puppy, he was just another dollar sign to them
We have been visiting VCA Battle Ground for around 15yrs!! The staff have taken amazing care of our 3 dogs, guinea pig, and our newest addition, a kitten! For the ups and the downs of owning a pet, they have been there for us. The staff feels like an extension of our family.
I visited this animal hospital yesterday with my sick kitty. The entire staff was amazing!! They were very compassionate and spent time explaining things . I will definitely be visiting this facility again.
We recently came to VCA Battle Ground after being unhappy with another vet in town. Wish we moved over sooner! Thorough exams, follow up phone calls, friendly staff. Definitely recommend!
