The staff and doctor almost overdosed my dog after a careless mistake. The assistant helping up somehow wrote down that my 28lb dog weighed 68lbs and then prescribed 2 medications for her based on that weight. I caught it and they brushed it off like it was no problem and that I was overreacting.
