They have taught my boyfriend and I so much as brand new pup-parents. They cut their nails every time we go in and print out great information for us, knowing that this isn't part of their job... They go above and beyond always and as you've seen my baby Beast not wanting to let go of the vet, they also love VCA! Thank you ladies for all of your help with Beauty and Beast. Y'all are thee BEST!!

Not all VCAs are created equal but this one is great! I work with a local south bay rescue and the staff here is great! Very accommodating and keeps great communication.
Our 14yr old Boxer mix had not been doing well and we are not financially well off. The Docs and there staff were so understanding and helpful they made us feel like family. Unfortunately Jake's kidneys were to far gone and we had to put him to sleep. � it was thr hardest thing we ever had to do. But the staff was there for us gave us all the time we needed.
