After having a horrendous first visit at another vet's office and walking out in the middle of it, we were ecstatic with our first visit at VCA AVH. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They listened intently to our concerns and questions and had good and caring answers for us. First time going and everyone was wonderful. They loved my new kitten! The place is clean and staff very knowledgeable and helpful!
Very helpful and informative. We adopted 2 cats earlier in the summer and the staff updated shots, checked for ear mites and fleas, performed physical exams and gave helpful tips! Cats seemed pretty relaxed and purring. ��

Won't take my dogs (or the cat) anywhere else. The staff is great. They care about your pets and about you as the pet's human. It's worth a few miles, if your pet doesn't mind car rides, to go here.
