RecommendedSuch a wonderful staff! They took extra special care of my sick cat, and showed so much concern for her, and us. They bought us some time with our sweet Cooper and even sent a personal card to us when she passed. When we decide to have pets again, we will be bringing them here for their health needs. Such a caring and courteous place.
Dr. Sandrock is a great and considerate veterinarian. She deals with irate clients in a very professional manner. She works to create a positive environment.

The staff and doctors always welcomed our Buddy when we visited. When his final time came, the girls were very respectful and they made our final time easier. They even had a special room ready for us to say our final Good Byes to our beloved Buddy. Thank you all. Dave and Marlene Read
My best friend is my fur friend. When I found out he needed surgery, I immediately called and made an appointment with Dr. Payne. He has done surgery on my buddy before and I trust him and his staff. Dr. Payne quickly settled my nerves, made a plan and I'm happy to report that my little fur buddy is back home recovering nicely. When your pets are like your children you only want the best medical care for them. VCA-AVH veterinarians and staff are absolutely wonderful! The love and compassion they have for each animal they encounter speaks volumes. Staff always reviews treatment plans/options, and takes their time during appointments. When my pups are sick they always follow up after an appointment to see how they are progressing. I really couldn't ask for more! Thank you for the professionalism you provide, and the true love for what you do! �

Dr. Payne and Dr. Diamond are excellent ,thorough professionals. They both clearly explain conditions and options in a kind , respectful manner. The vet techs are serious and thorough as well. The facility is clean and well designed for the dogs and cats... we love
