I have been going to Augustine Loretto for at least 13 years, and have seen Dr. Eslick for at least 11 years. She is, beyond doubt, the kindest, most intelligent vet I have ever known----and I have known many vets. My collie, Maya, loves Dr. Eslick as does Jessie, my lab mix. Believe me, money is not Dr. Eslick's main motivator, but instead her love for animals is what drives her. I am so glad she is here to take care of our canine and feline buddies.
Best clinic I've ever taken my fur babies to. So much love and concern. Dr. Dee and the entire staff have taken amazing care of our "kids" past and present. I recommend VCA to everyone I meet.
They are always caring and take the time to answer all of our questions. Jack doesn't realize they are doctors. It likes going there. Thanks for all you do. So glad we found you.
You came up in my news feed and it made me angry again. I can't believe your vet would turn away a dog on Christmas eve day. Our dog was attacked and needed stitches. After admitting us and vet tech took vitals, weight etc. The Dr come in and says "well she needs stirches." I said "yup that's why we're here". He said "I'm sorry we can't help we close in 30 mins. I have 3 dogs 2 cats and none will ever go there again!
They have been seeing my dogs for 25 years. When they joined the VCA NETWORK, it became all about money. The more tests they do the money they they get. I do love all the doctors there, but it could cost thousands of dollars to find out that your pet had a belly ache. The doctors are excellent, but they milk you for every dime . If you are not well to do don't go there, they make you feel very uncomfortable. I have been at both ends and have seen the difference.
The doctors and staff are very friendly and care so much about the animals they see every day.
My family Is so greatful for Dr Eslick and Dr Prince and their staff. Our cat escaped her carrier today and got lost in the woods behind the office. Both doctors came out to help find our cat! We have brought our pets here since 1992. You won't find a more caring team! Thank you so much in caring for our pets as if they were your own pets!
