Went because of my dog's suspected uti and my vet had no appointments. They had the most convenient and smart system. Text and get in line for an appointment and they let you know when it's your turn. No stress of being in the waiting room with lots of other dogs. Super clean, friendly and organized. We were in and out quickly with no stress. I highly recommend this veterinary urgent care if your vet can't fit you in.
When our dog passed away we didn't know what to do with her body. VCA was there to help us. They kept the body until we were able to find a place to cremate her. Arya and Stephanie helped us with the whole process. Highly recommend this place.
Thank you VCA Urgent care for taking care of my dog Maizy after a moderate allergic reaction. Lindsey was caring, attentive and thorough. She explained their check-in process clearly and was very empathetic for my pets condition. Dr. McBride educated me extensively on her findings, treatment plan and even alternative treatments for my pet. And lastly, this team checked in with me the next day to ask how Maizy was doing. I felt very well taken care of here and I would recommend this Vet Urgent Care to others.
Excellent service and amazing staff! They took our dog in right away after we had an accident and he needed stitches. Staff was so kind and helping. Inside lobby is clean and has complimentary refreshments. Cost about 1K to knock my dog out and put 3 stitches on his head.
I want to thank Dr Angel and the vet techs and staff at VCA who took care of Emmett when he wasn’t feeling well. We came in after our regular vet recommended care but couldn’t fit us in. Dr Angel and all of the staff who helped us took their time with Emmett and were so patient while explaining everything. Emmett is doing so much better now. Can’t thank you enough!
